I enjoyed this episode. As a medium, I’ve also visually seen, felt and heard ghosts and crossed over souls. I lived in an old house years ago with a little girl ghost. She would “sing” (humming) at night in my bedroom. I loved it. One time I saw her playing peekaboo with me, which is how I learned it was a little girl. Years later I went back to that house and helped her crossover. I’ve done this for people that had ghosts. The games people do are not good and should never play around with. Seeking angels is far better than looking for the broken spirits. But people do get stuck out of fear or anger. They need help crossing over, which can be difficult for some.

I, too, did that. It was a little girl. She was stuck in a old orphanage which was used as a church. I was so glad to be able to help her.

This quit common and it seems people don't realize these spirits/ghosts are stuck in some way and need to crossover. I do not have many visitors to be honest, because I have come to realize I do help or tell them they need to crossover and not stay here it is not healthy. They gain nothing by sticking around and that as a soul we can come back help, watch over, etc loved ones like angels and such.

When I feel or hear something entering my space I say, "Spirit, if you come with a Peaceful and Loving intention you may stay. If you do not come with a Loving or Peaceful intention you must leave now and never return." It works.

I moved into a house once; I loved the house. One room, I couldn’t handle going in. I had an animal communicator come see why my cat was acting so strange. She said the “lady” was waiting for a man to come back. It was an old mountain mining town. I moved at as soon as I could. Plus the landlord wouldn’t fix the Uber-drafty window because he said every time he tried, the gaps got bigger! I hope she’s at rest by now 💕

I must have been 5 years old in bed when I saw something out of this world coming towards my bed; so terrifying that I will never forget... fast forward 20 some years, an almost exact experience in another country. I'm in my 60s now and still have not forgotten or been able to make sense of what happened until this this video. Thank you.

The potlatch gathering is really interesting, I have never heard of that. A wonderful way to end a life in the physical form. My own Mum passed very peacefully at home aged 94yrs. After she left the body I had a really strong feeling that the circle was complete. Not just between her and I sharing her last years together, but for herself as a Soul. She was a genuinely peaceful and good person

I lived for nearly 3 years in a home that was haunted. I never saw anything, but felt its presence very strongly esp. in the corner where my bedroom door was. It would be an agonising decision in the middle of the night whether to escape which meant going towards it. Also lights/TV on and off, cold spots in rooms like a cloud of ice. It was definitely not a peaceful presence. I was terrified. As a person of Chinese descent whose family pay respects and make offerings to ancestors, they have no doubt about spirits and ghosts. They didn’t have any advice or knowledge on how to deal with it though, just acknowledging it was there.

This topic is super fascinating and also of perfect timing. I am a practicing Hindu. Every year this time Hindus observe what is called pitru (meaning fathers or fore fathers) mahalaya paksham, a time period in which we believe our ancestors (and well wisher friends) from this life time’s birth family will pay us a visit from the ancestral plane :) this is a time of very many rituals with food offerings and prayers to them. We also do homas or holy fire rituals prayer in order to help ‘ complete’ our ancestors unfulfilled desires and seek their blessings. This year, this auspicious period will come to end tomorrow, Oct 14th!!!

Us Mexicans have a similar festivity in Nov 1st “Día de muertos”, day of the death, where out loved passed ones come and feast from the offering of food and drinks the family leaves for them at their houses or even at cemeteries.

My mystic Sister, you thoroughly described my experiences. I also don't dabble with the ghost world, but some have come to me to recognize some injustice they experienced and some come with a message for me to relay. I've gone to acquaintances to say... this may sound weird, but... and I ask if they want to know. The message always has deep meaning and the recipient will even share proof with some object of what I relayed. I don't ask to do this, but follow through. Like you said they are haunted by unfinished business. Ha, then I say OK, I relayed your message, now move on. God bless you. Yes, I prefer to go forward with the angels.

Thank you for this conversation. I read many of the comments from people from other cultures and the relationships we have with "physical" death. I have seen "spirits" of people as well as animals. It was just an outline of the form. Contact of those from the other side reminds us that we are more than just this physical existence with all the memories we keep active.

It also seems obvious that as pure consciousness, we have the ability to choose our focus, specifically regarding the sacred, thereby enhancing the presence of the sacred. This ability must be cultivated as a practice as the mystics throughout time have shown to be true. The term Holy Ghost used in Christianity is referring to the most sacred Divine Essence of love that holds everything together in a unified field of existence. Nothing to be scared of here!

Im glad we don't have to choose one or the other, ghosts or angels. If ghosts are part of this world, are part of this learning experience. We, as "bodies", are an illusion within an illusion ( cosmos). The more light filled we are, the more power we have to deal with them, and can expand to communicate with and help them if needed. What were we to Jesus? He had to clear 40 days in the desert after dealing with us.❤ Of course, connect with source, always, but this world has more to it than we've previously led to believe. Fascinating to me as well! Halloweenie is my favorite time of year( Oct/November)- especially if you live up North. All Saints day is Nov.1st, All Souls day Nov 2nd., heard from a nun its no wonder many feel the loss of loved ones intensely around Halloween....true for me. Thank you again! When I wrote a thesis on the Holocaust and the American institution of slavery in seminary over 20 years ago in light of considering the unthinkable possibilities of war and genocide in America, my professors thought I was insane. In a sense I was insane because I was allowing myself to consider the unthinkable. Writing that paper was extremely painful psychologically but I felt I should do my part in getting people to consider the worse in human nature so we could hopefully prevent such evils. But now as we have entered another unthinkable phase of human life I’m wondering if the unthinkable is always inevitable given the human resistance to deeper and more truthful perspectives. What do you think?

What if you have a real ghost archetype. I've always felt that I don't belong here in this world. I see things much differently than just about everyone. I'm not into nonsense, drama, or game playing. It's really difficult to live in this world, to live with it's people to be honest. Throughout life, I have always felt that I floated around here and there even as an adult. Throughout my military service, throughout my civilian career, I always felt like a ghost. I often told my mom, my sister, "I feel like a ghost." And even now, I'm still floating around, often lost, not truly attached to this world or its things. I live a much different life than most I know. I'm very independent, a wanderer, an adventurous, solo person who has faced and is facing many difficult challenges, more so than most people face in a number of lifetimes. Such an unusual yet interesting life! I know I had many past lives, and I am hoping this will be my last one! I do need to let go of the past. I think the Ghost Archetype and ghostly paranormal experiences are two different things. Do ghosts coexist among us? You bet! I guess you have a choice after you die whether to go into the Light or to stay here, wandering around their home, their land, to continue fighting a battle, to stay attached to the prison you were imprisoned in or in a hospital you died in. Some are apparently trapped by bully ghosts or entities. Some are afraid of judgment to the bad things they did in life. I believe ghost hunters have overwhelming evidence that many of the dead are still walking this world as ghosts. Many home and business security cameras have captured ghosts walking the streets, the neighborhood... Amy, on the Dead Files, has an amazing gift with extraordinary sight and communication of the dead along of many different types of unusual entities that can affect the living in a negative manner. The next thing I would like to see ghost investigators try to do is to help convince the ghosts to cross over. I too have had a number of paranormal experiences throughout my life. I'm still having them. I didn’t invite it in and it's not easy to get rid of it! Truly, so many people have felt presences, felt someone watching them, had ghostly experiences... which it's no longer a crazy thing. It's actually pretty common and now, people are comfortable speaking about it. But that is separate, I think, from a ghost archetype. The ghost who stays here does so by choice, by being attached to a home, a battle... or by confusion.

I recently had my 1st ghost experience. We were staying at our friends house on the Ohio River - his grandpa built the house for his grandma. It was almost 3am and I was still up, my husband & daughter sleeping next to me. The TV was the only light on in the room. All of a sudden I see what looks like a white cloud coming at me from the ceiling & then the light on the stand next to me popped on. I popped right up out of bed and went to the living room, lol. The next day I was back in that same bedroom talking to my friend & daughter & goddaughter. I began crying because we were talking about being mothers & i felt like I want ed to be a good mom so much but was always questioning myself. While I was crying I felt someone come in the room and stand behind me. I thought it was my husband but I was so caught up in my emotions. When I finally turned around to see what he wanted, my friend who had a different vantage point shouts ‘omg! someone was standing right behind you! they had their arm around you! it was Jared’s grandma!’ Now ….how beautiful is that? I received love & hugs from a ghost while I really needed comforting. And I felt comforted. I absolutely believe in ghosts now. Thank you for reading 🙏🏻❤️

I have been a student of Caroline Myss’s teachings (and others) for many years. There are quite a few teachers disincarnate and incarnate who describe the afterlife. It would be difficult to belief Caroline has not heard of the Seth Material and “Seth Speaks” in particular in which the channeled “personality essence” discusses what happens after a human “dies.” Perhaps Caroline does not believe in available sources of information on the afterlife? Just sayin….
