Just out of a flash of nerdy curiosity: What topics are you covering in a Pre-Calc class? I have always found the distinction between Calculus and real analysis in the american system a bit inexplicable to begin with, but the term "Pre-Calc" is entirely foreign to me.

right now we are covering limits and trigonometry! it’s more or less an introduction to the basics of calculus
