You might like to watch this video. It was done in V8, but the tool is also in V9. I used an embroidery as an example, but there is no reason why it wouldn't work around an applique design. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYHEn6ahZquEiq8

Hi Joanne, Bernina have free downloadable workbooks on their website. Here is the link to the Australian site. I'm sure the other countries have the same. www.bernina.com/en-AU/Learn-Create-AU/Mastery-Workbooks/Software They are quite basic, but are a good starting point. Of course you have a Reference manual in your software. Just click on the Help menu and then click on Reference Manual to open the PDF manual. There are also all the videos made by Bernina.
