Tak, this is one of my favorite jigs from you, and I like them all. The thought process of designing this is over the top. Two questions. No. 1 have you thought of making plans for your various jigs and your table with sliding table? And No.2 my wife and are planning to start traveling in about a year and South Korea is on our list. I don't have the time or ability to plan my jigs yet. I don't know when that will be possible. 2. If you are traveling in Korea, I recommend Seoul and Jeju Island. If you like mountains, Seorak Mountain is very nice. Daejeon, where I live, has nothing to recommend as a travel destination. Haha Really, if you come to see me, I'll treat you to a hot cup of coffee. But I don't have the ability to communicate in English. Google helps me with my English.

Nice jig! But I recommend to not cut as high when you cut away the tenons. You make the shoulder lines first and this gives crisp sharp shoulders,, but then you cut all the way up to the shoulder line at around 3.50 and forward. There's no way to perfectly hit the shoulderlines on all four sides in these cuts. Leave a tiny gap (

I am using an 8mm thick blade mounted on a circular saw without replacing parts. This is the thickness of one saw blade, thicker saw blades cannot be fitted on circular saws. But in my DEW7492 it is possible. However, Dewalt also needs to add a shaft to overlap the saw blade Dadoo

Hi, beautiful project as always. Do some truly amazing jobs. But there is a but: it doesn't make much sense to publish them if you don't give your followers the chance to copy them! Unless you do these jobs just for yourself. I read that for your projects you never do the drawings first, but you make the cuts directly above all for a matter of time.
