Hello! Thank you for the many informative videos! May I know what mechanism/drawer track(s?) did you use for the condiments rack please? Was recommended blum space twin but unsure if there are other more cost-effective and good options. Thanks!

hello! Our condiments rack was using the drawer slides system from ecoware. I'm not too sure of the difference between the price of both. We were not really that particular on the brand, our only requirement was a soft closing system for our carpentry. Hope this helps! 🙂

Hi! Great looking colours! Was wondering is there a reason why you did not paint yellow for all the yard walls, specifically the one below the window. I've also painted my yard in a peach and notice that that space below the window shows the colour darker than the sides. Was wondering if it's the reflection of wall colour causing that.

Hello! We did consider painting it all yellow initially but wanted the yellow to stand out (like 2 feature walls). No specific reason for it. 😂 Peach is a nice choice of colour too!✌🏽 Perhaps it could be due to no light reflecting on the space below the window compared to the sides, hence it may appear darker.

Hi, thank you! We're hanging our clothes in the service yard. We will install an automated laundry rack, similar to Steigen, but bought from China. You'll see it in our upcoming videos! 🙂

hello! yup, we accounted for that when we were planning for our carpentry. it's able to open fully with some allowance.

Nice video! What are your thoughts on all the built in storages? In the future if you wanna change it up it will be difficult to remove it?

hi! we did give some thought about the built-in carpentry and made a choice to go ahead with it as we were quite sure that these were going to be sufficient to meet our current and future needs. Kitchen cabinets for example would be something that's essential and unlikely that you will switch out in the long run. On the other hand, if you wish to change it up or remove it, it will require the help from contractors to do so. Usually, this would fall under hacking works. Alternatively, if you prefer a flexible arrangement for carpentry, you can opt for off the shelf furniture rather than built-in. Hope this helps! 😊

Have you guys face any issue with your id? Example he/she delay the 3D draft or other thing during renovation progress . If yes, did you tell he/she off? I feel like telling he/she off but I don't want to affect the relationship.

Hello, There will bound to be delays in any renovation process due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control. For us, we were not spared from this as well. However, it's all about communication and understanding between you and your ID. Sometimes, it might not be your ID's fault to delay a certain job as they have to manage sub-contractors which have their own schedules/urgent tasks to attend to. Ultimately, you've selected your ID because you've met them and trusted them to renovate your home. Sometimes, a little give and take would make the whole process much smoother and everyone will be happier. No doubt, there may be certain instances that your ID is at fault. For those cases, you will have to manage the situation and reason things out. All the best with your home renovation! 😀
