When ever a stain doesn't come out with the carpet prespray I use an effective stain remover that may help in most cases. I always tell my customers stains are not 100% but high 90% will come out as my previous experience.

What uv light are you using. I have a 100 led black light but it doesnt seem to work to good.

not with the products we use. You just don't want them draining into the gutters per-local law. Everything is neutralized and has only promoted growth.

Question: If the CRB applies the cleaning solution and the beater rollers scrub the carpet, why do you not hold it over the stains and scrub a bit more to get the stain up while cleaning? I realize the steamer gets the spots out as well, however, a lot of times you can still see a hint of stain left. Why do you not run the steamer over it by scrubbing it as well? Just curious, not telling you how to do your job…

It just depends on the stain. If it's something that's harden in I'll slow down and go back and forth some more. Other times rinsing it and running over it with the wand is better. Agitation will work for your spots that are dark. Others will sometimes only budge by heat and using a neutralizing cleaning agent after pretreatment.

I wish I could remember the exact number on this job, but I'd have to guess around $450. It wasn't a lot of carpets, but it was fairly stained. Feel free to ask any questions. I'll try and answer for you when I can.

I have that exact same shark vac but mines is white & navy blue. it has a bad odor coming out there every time I use it and I have washed the filter. how can I stop that bad odor?
