Great video, awesome explanation. I did get a laugh when you said you wanted to make a short video (48 minutes).

Lol short is a relative term. 48 minutes is short compared to a trip to the DMV

Do you rinse with plain water or you add anything to the rinse?

If you're using an alkaline prespray, you should irinse with an acidic rinse, not 100% required but it will aid in the rinsing of the prespray out of the fibers. It will also leave the carpet in a softer state upon drying.

Any acid rinse product there are many. Just follow the directions on the bottle depends on if you have a TM or portable.

Thank you for your videos ! They are great! I have questions: 1) why only Klenz? Why you didn’t add some citrus for a hard traffic areas l? 2) $450 is good money , for that amount why you didn’t rake carpet after and left your footprints ?)) 3) for $450 why you didn’t use shoe covers? My prices way cheaper ))

Yes you are correct. I do groom on every job not everything is on the video. I don't wear shoe covers to clean in only to enter the house after being outside. Sometimes shoes will be worn if they are cleaned at the door with a wet towel. As for the Klenz it is manufactured with a solvent built in so typically there is no need to add solvents in to the product as it is. If there is a need to add a solvent or oxi product I will do so as needed. Usually a cleaner will ad products because they are not using the proper amount of agitation, dwell time, or heat so they need a stronger chemical to compensate for the lack other factors. My prices should not impact your prices. As long as you are priced correctly considering your cost of goods sold and you have profit built into every job they you will be just fine. I purposely price myself at the top of my market because that is where I want to be as a business don't let it reflect on where your business should be. if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
