So I’m cleaning a commercial 2 story office tomorrow. For grout cleaner, I cannot use bleach since it is scarce right now. How will dawn dish soap and water do with the agitation of a drill brush do?

ca31 wow. Yikes. I only use professional tile and grout cleaning products - shorebest 2790, Saiger’s tsunami - even a high alkaline carpet preconditoner would be a LOT better than bleach or dawn dish soap. Any soap is going to leave a ridiculous amount of residue - we only use soap free detergents - how are you planning to extract? How many sq ft? I would likely recommend a diluted simple green with REALLY hot water if you absolutely can’t get professional products. CleanProSupply.com is easy enough tho - and fast shipping - maybe hire a pro and charge more to make some on the spread? Idk, sorry I wasn’t able to be better help for ya

@@A1CarpetCareDisasterServices well, since I'm only 15, I'm just going to use a drill brush and a mop. I don't have any of the fancy tools you do. haha I'm just doing this to practice on my cleaning when they have cleaners coming in to clean the place on Thurs or Fri. since the virus is around, I don't want to use any of my personal cleaning products for obvious reasons. haha
