Steve Jeffrey Mr Cottams got enough belly to compensate for that,Lol,i agree the Carp in lake Bolsena are beautiful and lean and very powerful looking.Remarkable yellow/gold colour on them aswell.

Up the blades,bill does yorkshire proud when it comes to big fish,sick of watching these kinda things from down south i understand that the fish are bigger but get em up hear on one of our gravel pits,harder fishing some might not agree but it is because there are no where near has many big fish,does my nut in when we do have a big fish come through the ranks what do we do we call it the same name has a southern big fish ffs use your imagination when it comes to nameing fish two tone out of a1 pits surely that could have been called a diff name sad.

Great to watch this because most of these short films show ya just the big fish,nice to know that even the big names still get the smaller fish great this enjoyed it.The snowman rig aint fished one of them in years might have to give one ago,some of the bigger fish seem to come out to snowman rig on my local south yorkshire gravel pit,i wonder if bill,has ever fished it his neck of the woods for sure.

Any one on here ever fished turkey for carp,i go over there every year and have been to a place called the blue lagoon,on a jeep day trip be interesting to hear any storys about any one who has carp fished over there because i want to get on there but just want to know is it safe to fish over in turkey or not.many thanks

wait for the scales to settle lads fastest i have ever seen a fish weighed like that 39 lb common,could have been 34 could have been 42 ya cant weigh a fish like that,i get that it looks like numbers are important part of all our fishing might start weighing em me sen like that pmsl
