Headstart: Former Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio finds the alleged 'gentleman's deal' between former president Rodrigo Duterte and China 'disadvantageous' and does not apply to formal country policy. Former Duterte spokesperson Harry Roque said the former president and China agreed to maintain the status quo in the West Philippine Sea, and that resupply missions to the Philippine outpost in Ayungin Shoal will be limited to food and water supply, and no reconstruction.

Bakit you keep on about diplomacy with China when they did not own the West Pjhi. Sea? Since Spanish rime the Phi. already own the West Phi Sea. Why you did not Publish the 1734 Map of the Phil. so the World may know that West Phi. is ours. In your discussion with Mr. Carpio you can not even mention that West Phi is ours since time emmemorial.
