@LGD3 I just wanted to let you know that I hear you. It was always something Carpool was always meant to be primarily interesting people, didn't matter what they did. I was so lucky to get the chance to expand the show for TV, but I haven't lost sight of the original intent, I am recording some shows very soon with people you won't have heard of but who have an interesting take on the world. Download version only, always my plan to mix them. Thanks for input though, appreciated

This could be the best episode yet, just for pure laughs per minute.

Although I have been doing other things in the last 12 hours I keep coming back to find and save a link to another Jason show/interview. A very funny man who has made my day and enabled me to deal with the more testing problems I have had to resolve with my computers. He should be given a medical degree and invited to tour hospitals and clubs for people of all ages in need of inspiration and morale boosting. He is nearing the end of an exhausting tour which began about last June and must surely have earned the time off with his family. Check out his chat on "Loose Women" with Jack Carroll. Both of them hilarious and perfectly natural in each others company. I can well see them doing more shows together after Jack has completed his formal education. I'll also be looking out for more Carpool clips and immediately playing this one again. A REAL STAR !!!

I really prefered the earlier episodes, i think tv can really ruin a good independant series. although im glad the episodes are still free to watch on youtube. thanks for the entertainment robert, over the years you have made me laugh more time than i can count.

I really enjoyed this ep. I think Jason Manford comes across really well, as a genuinely lovely bloke. I found the conversation interesting and amusing to. Why do people have to be abusive?! Oh yeah, because they're cowards sitting behind a screen and they are desperate for attention! *Look at me, look at me!* Pathetic!

Oh man, you really hurt our feeling when you post nasty comments anonymously on the internet, you brave boy you. The great thing about tv is that there are hundreds of channels so if you don't like any or all of the above comedians, you can quite easily find something else to watch. I don't like Emmerdale but I don't search for clips of it on KZbin and then insult the cast. Yours faithfully, Jason Manford

Well i honestly think a lot of the obscene and nasty comments are from people who know that they are behind a computer and they do it just because they can. I would bet my hat on it that 99.98% of people would chat to others in a respective manner face to face.

WHAT! Jason, I would listen to you over larry david any day, I dont think he's (larry) funny at all... and I'm american. Right, anyway... whats the point of this internet arguing anyway? Obviously not constructive criticism yeah? You're brilliant Jason, keep with the northern thing, I love that stuff :) If you are talking about Amstell's Grandmas house... I laughed so hard I cried on that. His awkwardness works well!

if this is the real Jason Manford (which i doubt) this is certainly top 5 moments of my life)...even though you weren't particularly funny,i'll take it..also SpireaXY you said "to rushed" instead of "too rushed" you bellend

I realise the irony as I write this, but the advice about the internet is right (never read the bottom bit of the internet). I don't understand why people insist on being so vile, they can't all be trolls and WUMs. I respect free speech and all that but I think if the people who make those comments did get into power they probably wouldn't have a lot of room for freespeech in their country after that. Whatever happened to empathy?

Well I would love to be as funny as Larry David, I enjoyed Derek but didn't like Grandma's House. That's the beauty of comedy and tv, there's generally something for everyone. You might not like me, but your Dad's mate might think I'm hilarious.
@jasonmanford602812 жыл бұрын
As for trolling, well you have made the mistake of thinking that telling someone that what they've made wasn't to your taste and actually abusing them from the safety of a keyboard. I (and most of my colleagues) can take anything that ranges from "I don't like your comedy", "everything you do is shit" because we'll have dealt with worse in the clubs over the years. What I take exception to are personal attacks "threat to young girls' and calling Peter a "rape threat". that's the issue.
