I wanted to like this interview. I know Dr Jack's material Very Well and her way of giving information is usually more subtle than his fire hose version. But she most definitely didn't do her best work here and I feel people are not going to have the right information walking away from this conversation.

Yes me too - I’m a Jack mitochondriac and there were definitely some gaps here… and misinformation - maybe not going deep enough at times- where Jack goes too deep sometimes lol
