jon tupper We eat every plant based foods for protein. There are many foods such as beans, lentils, chia seeds, brocolli, spinach, nuts, pumpkin seeds,black beans, quinoa, Green peas, Chickapeas, tofu, soy milk, almond milk, ect. So much foods with protein. Thanks for being interested :)

I agree. Miranda is the real deal. She’s fiery and tells it like it is without being phony. Carrie comes off as superficial and kind of vain but I’m not sure that that’s really who she is. I’d take Miranda over Carrie any day. She’s definitely the Queen of Country.
