Try to change keyword of your gig. They have changed the way Fiverr records your keywords. If you have repeat terms like Instagram Marketing and Digital Marketing, system will consider"Marketing" as redundant and you may lose the impression.

SCAMMERS beware of scammers on Fiverr. If they want to interact outside of Fiverr first, it’s a red flag. Look out for the website Toptal and being told you have to be payed with “alternative methods,” such as the purchasing of cards. I know the signs, they didn’t get me. I reported immediately. I’ve been on Fiverr for 8 years and it’s miraculous if I get orders and I can draw and I’m affordable and even underselling myself. I even did an experiment to do a gig similar to a successful page yet got no response. new people who joined two years ago or less have thousands of orders. 300 impressions and 2 clicks. If you’re underselling, that might be part of the problem tbh. Being on the platform for a long time is just one tiny component to consider. Sounds like it’s time to revamp your strategy and give your profile a refresh if you really want it to turn into anything instead of just sitting. I've been on fiverr for a couple of months and I started doing really good. My impressions and clicks were increasing, over 20k. I was a rising star and I'm super close to level 2, but all of my numbers are red and dropping like crazy now. It's super depressing. I think it's because I had to cancel an order. Good tips, but I would suggest preparing a script or something. I mean for example "make sure the price is not a red flag", it would be way, waaaaay better to just make things simple and say "don't over price" or "don't charge too much when you're starting out", etc. Anyway that's just my opinion, you're still awesome.

Thank you, Carrie. I can't remember which video it was, but I did write down what you tell buyers when they ask for a discount. I hope to get to a point where I can say sorry no discounts - in a nice way, but right now I'm handing out discounts left and right. If someone wants to order 20 blog posts, I give them a discount, but I do ask if I can stagger the orders. Then, at least I can get a few reviews out of it, too. I'm not sure it's a big enough topic to cover in a video, but would you consider covering the process of discounting - or weaning off of discounting? Thanks, again!

That’s still pretty low for impressions and clicks overall. It sounds like there’s room for improvement at each link in the chain. Good luck on hitting level 2! Is every part of your profile being utilized? All of the gig meta data, an SEO gig title, all three photos, a video, an FAQ, 3 package options, seller byline, social verification, etc.?

Not sure what you mean about ‘next to their completed gigs.’ Do you mean in the image carousel portfolio of delivered samples? The client has a choice to display their sample there or not - they may have chosen not to (totally cool, btw), assuming you have the live portfolio tool turned on correctly in the first place. Think critically about all of the points that I outlined in the video. You really can’t be stagnant - you have to keep innovating, improving, and adapting. But also keep in mind that traffic fluctuates, so you might need to diversify your offerings a bit to create more stability. Good luck!

Things fluctuate and that’s normal. What I’ve heard from Fiverr team members is that bad client feedback (public or private) has the biggest impact on search and could potentially (and temporarily) tank your position. Good luck! Sometimes 2. but since one costumer canceled his order (of no reason), i feel it doesnt work so good anymore. I know, that its not good, a cancel, but I accepted it, because otherwise he would have give me a very bad review (he was very unfriendly), so I thought, to cancel is a better way. hello, I got an impression of more than 10k in 2021 and then I made some mistakes, such as late delivery and the client didn't match my finished image. so from there my impressions dropped from 10k down to below 1k and this year i got impressions at 1 - 3k per week i thought things would slowly go back to how they used to be, and i kept evaluating my credibility and updating some shows and changing the prices too from standard package 80$ to 35$ but now i feel like gigs of power still no progress, in this stage i keep evaluating and updating, but for now i have run out of steps to fix my fiver gigs, i'm not asking for help on this, but I want to talk to the same people as me and people who have risen from under-sales.. thank you

Nope, you can't ever have multiple accounts, even if you sign up with different emails. Ultimate no-no. BUT you can create gigs across different categories. That's not a problem at all.

Search results fluctuate, so don’t panic. Butttttt private feedback from your buyers may not have been as good as you thought, which tanked your search rank? I have impressions but little to no clicks...it's frustrating. I think within week to two weeks, I'll have over 100 impression/per gig. Upsetting nobody is clicking

Think about the things that potential buyers *can* see and do before clicking. Those are the details that you can play around with, like adding a video to get the little icon on your gig card, adding 3 photos so that buyers can click through the image carousel, adjusting the price to potentially attract a different audience or not match the exact same price as everyone else, make your gig title and main image more clickable. There’s lots of room to improve in order to get people to convert from impressions to clicks.

I don't understand the question... but no, you can only make gigs within accurate subcategories. And it would be counterintuitive because search results won't be accurate.

It has to do with the overall level of credibility that you put out. The Fiverr level system is just one piece of the puzzle. If you can supplement with a killer portfolio, industry credibility, external reviews, track record of success, compelling service offering, professional/trustworthy video, etc., then no - you don’t have to wait to charge fair prices.

As long as it’s visible on your account and active, you’re good. If your SEO is super weak and/or you’re in a super saturated category it may never ‘come up’ tbh.
