I wanted to try something fun and new and here I am doing a mini-review of 4 popular Casio Watches 3 of which are G-Shocks. I have ridden this stretch a few times and the roads are very familiar and I wanted to see how the watches fared.

The DW 5600U's viewing angle is lacking, but its excellent tilting backlight greatly aids in nighttime riding situations. During daytime rides, however, I opt for the old-school A158WA

What a beautiful concept for a content! Two of my passions rolled into 1 video. Casio & motorbikes! I have, in fact, 7 DW-291s! All available colors. Five unique colorways, plus extra timepieces for the black and the old gray one, so I am able to still keep the rest in mint condition.

Thank you for this beautiful comment. I love every word of it. Rinding on this stretch of Highway 66 is great but I wish I had more time to stop at some villages and explore. So much culture that's missed. I never get tired for riding this stretch. Another Goal is to ride between Bombay and Kanyakumari. Some day 🥲

Must be an awesome ride - mix of coast and greenery ! Not sure how regular you are with long/highway rides, but see if you can ‘invest’ on at least entry level Riding gear (Jacket, knee guards and sturdier shoes). I’ll tell you later how riding gear saved me on my very first group ride (5 years ago) on my brand new Kawasaki to Sakaleshpur! For now, Neeru Dosae with fish curry enjoy maadi (I’m a vegetarian, so what do I know about coastal cuisine?)

It sure was an awesome ride. Used to be greener during my rides years ago but now it's not but the roads are wider and without potholes which is a positive. I hate constricting gear while riding - I don't enjoy the ride especially in the heat. I make up for it by not going above 80 and stay away from other vehicles. Never in a rush to reach the destination. Maybe I will think about the Shoes. Thank you 😊

@@TickTockTreasures I’m a member of many Riding clubs.. Trust me - No rider including me enjoys wearing riding gear, but every rider of these clubs has to wear them (No gear, no ride !) I’ll leave it to you, but at least I tried 😉

@@sathishrao7926 I do understand that bike clubs have rules that's why I chose to ride solo. Till date I haven't ridden as a group. I like riding solo. Riding is meditation and it's fruitful when you are along with your machine on the open road without having another person affecting the rhythm...but that's just me 🤓

Hey bro...m from Honnavara , just received my dw 5600 tough solar variant feom Flipkart.....bt i think its fake... Cause strap buckle says, made in china and body back case written as made i। Thailannd ......3 button 4 button test failed and no Casio displayed, tilt and slr function also not displayed....is it fake.....plz help

The buckle is supposed to say 'China' and caseback 'Thailand' because not all parts are manufactured and assembled in one country for most Casio Watches. Don't rely on 3 and 4 button tests as even fakes can do that these days. Hence, that's not the right test.

Check out the serial no. On the caseback,check if the autolight function is working finely(works only in dark)
