That's what I'm talking bout! That's the way neckbones are supposed to be cooked! After cleaning them, I also boil them about 10 minutes to get all that gunk and slime off that doesn't come off with regular cleaning! A lot of people don't do that! Only thing missing is hot sauce! I enjoyed this!

I'm 29 and I LOVE neckbones but I haven't tried making them myself... I will be trying after watching this. My grandmother is in nursing care so she can't show me herself like I hoped she could. This is so much like my granny😢

Loving the sound of that pot cooking...I can almost taste it... when I make a flour slurry to make gravy I first just make a paste out of some flour and a little water then add the remaining water.. keeps from having lumps... great video

The way my geechee grandmama use to cook her neck bones drain the old water out the only thing she did different she use to cook the metal spoon inside the meat while it cook she use to say the. Metal folk in the food cooked it different tru story 💪💪💪💪

Please Ms.Carrie try using less salt. Salt raises one blood pressure. I love your cooking but not the salt because some of the seasons you used have salt. God bless ❤
