The bloom was absolutely fantastic over a month ago. I've been camping off of the Elkhorn Road for over 40 years now. With my drone I have some fantastic pictures and videos of the tule elk and Pronghorn antelope. The place is magical. Way bigger variety and density of flowers over a month ago than what we are seeing here.

Nice job Bob, I hav'nt been up to the Carrizo plain since I crashed my adventure bike, broke four ribs, collasped a lung and had to have my drive up there and take me to the hospital....GOOD 😊TIMES!!! 😊

Great job on this video, Robert! I always enjoy seeing a good wildflower bloom, and we had a really nice one out here in the Sonoran desert of AZ this spring as well with a ton of lupine(purple here, blue at higher elevations)and brittlebush, plus Indian paintbrush and several other species of wildflower. Our desert is still actually kind of green yet, at least until it warms up more. Thanks again for your efforts in making this video,, and look forward to more!
