I am so saddened by Fatima's passing but at the same time so blessed to have discovered her during that difficult time of lockdown in 2020. I was immediately encouraged and lifted up by Fatima's wonderful laugh and joyful spirit and of course her delicious recipes. May her family be consoled by the thought that Fatima blessed many of us with her love of cooking and her friendship.
