NOTE: Guys, I noticed that when I narrated in the beginning of the recipe I said add 3 eggs in the mixer, but it’s a mistake. It’s only 2 eggs like I wrote in the ingredient list 🙈

● 140ml Soft olive oil (it can be swapped for other vegetable oil like sunflower, canola or corn)
● 140g All purpose flour
● 1 Tbsp Cinnamon powder (OPTIONAL)
● 1/4 Ginger powder (OPTIONAL)
● 1/4 Nutmeg (OPTIONAL)
● 1,5 (tsp) Baking powder (7g approx.)
● 1 Pinch of salt
● 180g Carrot thinly grated
● 80g Crushed walnuts (OPTIONAL)
► CHEESE FROSTING
● 120g Unsalted butter
● 120g Cream cheese
● 250g icing sugar
► CARROT BUTTERCREAM (OPTIONAL)
● 100g Unsalted butter
● 100g Icing sugar
● Orange and green edible dyes
► DECORATION (OPTIONAL)
● 40g Crushed walnuts
