Carrot Growing Vlog in Tamil | Carrot Cupcake | Carrot Jam | Giveaway Winners

In this video we will see carrot growing and harvesting in tamil. We grew carrots in our garden and I made carrot jam and carrot cupcake from these fresh carrots. Hoppy really enjoyed the leaves and myself and Alandra ate the sweet carrots. The carrot leaves are so beautiful and these carrot plants even tolerated the hard freeze in our area. Overall we really enjoyed the carrot growing experience and is definitely a wonderful experience for any home gardener.

For Cup Cake (makes 10)
2 eggs
½ cup Sugar
Juice of 1 orange (1/4 cup)
1 cup grated Carrot
1/2 cup Oil
2 tbsp orange Zest
1.25 cup Maida
1/4 tsp baking Soda
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of Salt
Bake at 350 for 18 min
For Icing:
225g Cream Cheese
100g Butter
2 cup powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
For carrot Jam
1.5 cup Carrot +Lemon skin +Orange skin
3 cup Sugar
2 Cardamom
4 Cloves
1 Cinnamon
1 cup Water

Just accidentally came across this video but we need not buy seeds just cut the top of the carrot from grocery market carrots n plant it will grow again into new carrots I have tried this simple successful method. We can try this inexpensive easy method with most grocery store vegetables.
