1/2 onion
2 stalk scallion **add fresh thyme if you have it
1 tsp grated ginger
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tbsp Curry powder or Turmeric
1 whole scotch bonnet
2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
Sazon seasoning
Italian seasoning
IslandSpice all purpose seasoning
Celery salt/ Celtic salt
1 3/4 cups water (add a little more to cover rice if using brown rice)
** Use all purpose seasoning of choice**
