What’s up! Really glad to hear you’ve started your lifting journey and glad you found my channel. I do all my video log workouts on the regular channel. But all the specific lifting advice, or at least consolidated to specific videos is in my members section. I would definitely recommend checking it out. And I’ve got a few lifting programs there. You’ve got a good mindset right away, though with being patient, and enjoying the process.
