it's pretty funny that Chick Hicks boasting his status like he knows that he can never race after what he did but found a way to still use his status to be cocky and show off. It would've been nice to have a few more moments on learning more about Jackson Storm like yes he's a decent antagonist but he mainly just serves as just a deep dark reflection of what Mcqueen could've been if he never went to Radiator Springs

I remember watching the teaser for this, and feeling very depressed afterwards. But seeing how in the movie he’s alright, I did wonder what the rest of the movie could be like. And too be honest, I didn’t hate it. IMO It’s an averagely okay movie.

This movie hits even harder since I turn 30 next year like time has flown by so fast I remember thinking 30 was finally a true grown up back when I was like 18 and now I’m almost there seeing all these kids today how much the world has changed just I relate 😅 but I don’t worry too much I still got a lot time left and I still got the heart and spirit of a kid remember everyone “growing old is mandatory growing up is optional”

I remember first watching the teaser of the movie and then going to see the full movie in theaters with my mom. Lightning McQueen’s crash still scares me. 😨😱 After all the crashes I’ve seen out of him, I’ve never seen him take a crash like that before. That was crazy. I even heard a kid screamed when everyone saw it happen. One of the most shocking moments In a Disney Pixar movie the world will never forget.

Love the idea of legacy and the history of racing shown here. The first racers were Rumrunners back in the day like they said "We ran moonshine dummy!", and the old racer characters were actually based on actual people (Junior Moon actually being VOICED by his IRL inspiration: Junior Johnson, and named after his moonshine business) that, the tracks, everything. Theres an extra that shows their research and I just love it
