While there was a break in the storm we took to the street to assess the damage done. Catastrophic flooding at a historic level was the result of Hurricane Harvey. We witnessed cars underwater and several homes ruined.

Looks like you were filming in River Oaks area. Same thing happened 12 plus years ago before I moved to San Francisco. Nothing has change. 12 yrs in San Francisco, never felt an earthquake, first few months back in Houston and same old flooding stories. I remember driving with friends too and seeing floating cars in River Oaks. The city needs to figure drainage problems out, even with 30 mins of hard rain and shale will not let water recede fast enough.
