The rules are clear as day only quick changes and no front loading ones. The Ford 9" does not have side bells and is smaller then the 12" rule. They should have seen the violation in tech. Never the less it is illegal

Totally ludicrous! Or at least it seemed, until I saw who the board consisted of, and pretty sure at least two have longtime connections to Bowman Gray Stadium! But if it passed tech, it passed tech! That’s CARS fault- not the competitor!
