Don't think its related to this, but 80/90/2000's in South West Philly you would just get your car vandalized at least once a year, tires slashed, windshields, and usually more than one on the block so it wasn't personal. This might be cultural, lots of different groups living in their little isolated worlds in NE philly.

Just unbelievable!!! So they used the golf clubs they stole to vandalize other vehicles. They have nothing mature to do? Where are their parents bc we all know they're under 21. It was tire slashing in northeast Philly a couple years ago. Thankfully they missed my block but it was happening on/off for a couple of months. I bet it’s kids in their late teens or early 20’s.
