I purchased a 2024 Buick Encore GX in theAvenir trim with all options in Cinnebar metallic and the whisper beige leather interior. It is one of the best vehicles I've ever owned and I find that the 1.3 L turbo engine with a nine speed transmission very peppy.

The point you make about the auto lock/unlock on every door is spot on. You’d think it was no big deal but I put stuff in the backseat and having to unlock the front door first, then go to the back is annoying. Your reviews are some of my favorite on KZbin.

​@@CarsMadeSimple I can tell you don't have kids lol. Because if you did you would have also mentioned that passive entry on the back doors is very useful for parents. If you have a baby or toddler that you have to put into their car seat, that's the first thing you are going to do before you even think about opening up the front doors to get yourself in.

My grandmother just got this exact car (except in whitefrost) one thing he forgot to mention instead of pushing the door handle button to lock it has a feature where it will lock and sound the horn automatically when you walk away with the key. One less step.

I purchased this car just sport edition. So far I love it no problems, it does have different look then the competition. The price point was perfect for me.

The 3 year bumper to bumper warranty only covers the emissions system for two years 🤔. WTF?!? Ask me how I know.

It depends on the component. Emissions critical parts are covered under the 8 year/80k mile federal warranty and others appear to be less depending on the part. A 3 banger??? Too small an engine for Amerian roads and driving characteristics. Might be worth leasing but never a buy. I wouldn't trust the engine outside of warranty.
