I've followed Carson for years. His voice is ok and he can train it but his strong suit is that fiddle. He is as good as I ever heard.

I had no idea he was on The Voice. I didn't watch this season because I wasn't a fan of 2 of the judges. The kid was singing on the Grand Ole Opry. Why in the world would he need The Voice?!?

Shame that the contest wasn't for playing his instrument instead. He was playing fiddle on stage with Ricky skaggs at 10 at the grand ole Opry and got a standing ovation. He has talent, it's just not tied to his voice as much as it is in mastering of the fiddle
