Damn! Completely forgot the Viper Defender. It was by far my favorite car as a small kid. The red RT10 was great, but the Defender with the white lights was simply stunning! I always believed I would buy an RT10 when I'm old enough to and then tune it to the looks of the Defender. Guess that's a dream which was left in the 90s childhood.

Regular Car Reviews had the best take on the gen 1 Viper. Something along the lines of " No traction control. No A.B.S. Also, I thought I fever dreamt this show and my wife never believed me. Well WHO REMEBERS EVERYTHING NOW!

Lamborghini developed V10? As I understand it, they assisted Chrysler with the conversion to an all-aluminum block. The engine itself was based on the Chrysler smallblock V8 (the same 360 often used in the show cars) that had been around since the mid-1960's.
