There are spy shots of a ZR1 vented body with the E-Ray's unique radiators on each side of the front bumper with strakes that run vertically (instead of horizontally like the Z06/ZR1). That vertically straked radiator specifically cools the E-Ray's e-motor battery so this ZR1-bodied test mule likely had a front e-motor.

I have heard it on track and it doesn't scream the same way the Z06 does at all.. If anything it sounds more like a turbo'ed 6.2L to me.. But I haven't heard it in person so I'm not going to shyt on it yet.. But for sure the Z06 sounds so much better to me. But if I had FU money it would be the c8 ZR1 for sure. I am betting by the time the dealer's are dun with people they will be at least 250K at least if not more. This is definitely going to be House money...

Hello. Watching your video. Noticed 2 mistakes. Hope you don’t mind. You mentioned front storage. That is not for storage anymore. Also you mentioned heated and cooled seats. Seats are not cooled, just ventilated. If you get the roof off, and is 90 degrees, it will ventilate the 90 degrees or the ambient temperature. Sorry for the remarks. Good info on everything else.

Yes that is true with the demon though you have to realize drag racing is it’s soul purpose and it does it very well on a prepped surface on a road surface it’s obvious the zr1 would beat the demon as would all the other cars revuelto etc. it can’t put its power down

That is not a frunk. There's a radiator in that compartment, so this space is meant for cooling & airflow only. Limited engine compartment space was an issue for no C-8 supercharger vs the C-7.

I'm being as objective as possible...but at 5:50 that is not a storage area...the intercooler for the turbos and the radiator are there to cool the car...the raised lip on top of the opening is to create an area of negative pressure to pull hot air out...essentially the venturi effect. Do the full homework on the cars before you present to prevent easily avoidable mistakes like this..

I call order parts and not worry about international lead times or out of stock. If I wreak or want a new one, I can easily buy another without putting a hole in my wallet! Only two three requests:- 1. GM or Chevrolet, please continue churning these beasts out in record numbers, so everyone can buy one without dealerships mark up. 2. Make the vette online purchasable so we don’t need to deal with greedy dealerships. 3. We are all awaiting for the Zora and even then, don’t stop there. make European hypercars the shitbox of Europe! Ok i have to put my 2 cents in here! Yes the ZR1 is amazing and GM did it a huge justice but heres the thing, as far as the stats go its 2.3 0-60, lets say 9.8 1/4 mile and 215 top speed! But, lets be honest who is ever going to do the top speed? Unless you live in vegas your not! The 0-60 is less than half a sec faster than the Z06! For a car thats going to be twice the cost of the Z06 i just dont see it being worth it unless you can just drop $250-300k without even flinching because thats what its going to cost once the dealers get done with you! Personally im going with the Z06! Its a much easier car to attain and less stuff to go wrong! Im sure there will be issues with those turbos down the road as well! Plus just a few mods with the Z06 and your at 750whp and 250lbs lighter!
