Nice secluded living Unc Jae, I would probably rent that place if you were considering to stay there. It doesn't look like it is worth 370 million pesos honestly. I'm closing on the sell of my house on Friday and I am renting now because in the next 2-5 years I may be looking to move to the DR permanently. I will of course be surveying parts of the island that will suit me best before that happens.

@@KappaMan69 yea most of the properties will have a fee. One thing to keep in mind is the price near the beach. Don’t know your situation but definitely is a cash only country to foreign investors. Need anything just holla bro🫡
