You are correct things have changed in Cartagena. I was was there 2 months ago, but what other spot has a better night life. I will be in DR for New Year's eve then Cologne Germany in May, and back to Cartagena. I love to visit new spots, but even with all of the changes Cartagena still holds the crown.

Bro come to Ecuador , Quito , for party and girls once you know where to go , that's crazy. 95% of people coming to ecuador don't know where to go and go to tourist AND BORING trap . When you know the the Mosq and all of this type of nightclub , that's just fire...

ctg is far from dead. it's not the zoo that it once was, but it's still lit. the best times are on the weekends where as before, it used to be everyday. but the good side of that is that the weekdays is the best times to lowball everything
