You are welcome, Freeman Kitchens asked me to help keep their memory alive and so I am doing the best I can. The book is almost finished and I know a lot of people will love to read about the unique success story of a mother and her daughters pioneers in American entertainment, starting during a very emotional time in our country's history during WW2.

I wish I could have seen the Carters in person especially Anita . At that time I was in DC digging Rock and rhythm and blues. I had stacks of 45 records and watched Milt Grant and American Bandstand on tv .

I learned of the Carters and how important the are when I began teaching myself guitar in the summer of ‘69. Totally, totally true. So when Covid hit, I took my guitar out of its case and started with a country music tour, beginning with the Carters of course. All the best wishes to you!
