it's like carter's going to visit his son 0:45 because that is where they spread his ashes...why does bad stuff always happen to Carter. He never got a break until the last episode where there was a good posiibility that him and his wife might get back together.

They left the ending ambiguous. I really didn’t like the relationship between Carter and Kem. Carter was willing to give Kem anything she wanted and she just ditches him. But at the same time Carter needed to give Kem space because every time she saw Carter she couldn’t help but think about the baby.

carter has a complicated background. abby was a neurotic and kem makes her pay for her grief in an egoistic way
