I think they would but only if they could get Aemond on the throne cause he would be way easier to control due to his insecure nature. He's also really prepared to be on the throne, they've said he's not only studied battle and fighting, but books and smarts for what he needs to rule if it ever came about. - Jess

@@MattandJessTV Obviously I'm Team Black so I want Rhaenyra on the throne, but if Team Green had to be I'd prefer Aemond to Aegon any day!

same same. I'm team green but Aegon is absolutely the worst. Aemond would do a good job and I think if he was king for a long run he would be a really good king. But Aemond is in the Daemon spot, second son doesn't get the throne. - Jess

Alicent has no authority anymore to do anything, it's all a runaway train now. Aemond and Aegon are both powder kegs, as well.

Aegon is for sure and with reason after what happened to his child. Aemond can be, but I think he's still young enough to be crafted into something. The character is supposed to be only 16 or 17, he's pretty young and he's really insecure so if they gas him up they might be able to get him to a spot Alicent wants... maybe lol - Jess
