You should try Bear and Breakfast on the switch! It’s so cute and fun without being too animal crossing / stardew valley like. You own bed and breakfasts and go through quests and discover new lands. All of it is cozy and fun!

omg the bromance book club!! i recently read this and loved it as well! the fact that they’re trying to save their marriage, having to take a serious look at themselves and the fmc is not just easily forgiving him makes it sooo i guess realistic?! i really love when writers manage to encapsulate real love that could exist out here in the real world but still make me giggle and have fun with it. my little sister read it this week as well and didn’t like it - she didn’t get the fmc. but perhaps she has rosier expectations of love / romance. i really enjoyed that: seeing the sort of built up insecurity and pain of years of not really feeling seen and the mmc having to prove himself through actions! but omg the sister annoyed the living daylights out of me as well!! like girl let them do their thing he’s really trying why are you still here?? i was super disappointed when i found out that the second book is about her. i feel like i just wouldn’t be able to sympathize with her.

I saw a few comments of you saying starview valley was a bit boring but you want cozy…I suggest God of War or Horizon Zero Dawn(the first one)! It may seem like a random suggestion but I feel like both of them give cozy vibes with their story lines. They’re “easy” to play and very story driven and I love it. And find it very cozy

If you want a cozy game I highly recommend Stardew Valley if you haven't played it. It's got farming, mining, foraging, fishing, romance, good story, amazing characters, and awesome music and visuals. It recently got a new update too! It can be a very enjoyable, relaxing experience but it also has an incredible amount of strategy to it if that's something you enjoy. That said you can absolutely play without giving a hoot about strategy and still get a wonderful gaming experience.

Silly question: why do you borrow so many books from the library if you're a mood reader and don't do well with deadlines, and you usually can't finish them in time? 🙈 ok, I understand you want diversity and you do want to read all the books you borrow, but I think borrowing fewer books would give you less anxiety and less pressure to finish them. Those books will still be there in 1 month, so why hurry to get so many in one go? Maybe set a more realistic goal, like to borrow 3 books for the next 2-3 weeks, and go from there... Just an idea! Loved the vlog! 🤗

LOL I don't mean to get so many books from the library in one go, they just always become available at the same time (I feel like this is a common joke in the bookish world) 😅 It was more of a sarcastic joke that mood reading & library books don't go well together! It's actually been really good for me to get library books because it forces me to finish books. One of my 2024 goals is to stop starting/putting down books because of being a mood reader. I also would rather have 10 library books to pick from (as a mood reader) than 1-2 personally since my mood/genre fluctuates so much! I think it just depends on the person- but overall it was more of a sarcastic joke🥰
