OMG - I am so happy for the both of youuuuuuu!!!! And I can not more agree - to get married is not that expensive or better said doesn’t need to be expensive. I got married 2 years ago and we pay overall 200 euro. It was just the two of us and afterwards we just were at home, watched a movie and had milkshakes 😂❤

congrats you guys 😭💞 this really hit home for me. my husband and i eloped by ourselves at the beginning of 2023 and the way you were describing the peace and happiness you felt on the day is exactly how i felt too. i’m also from orlando and my mom has worked at the court house my entire life, it was so cool to see your photos there. ❤❤❤. i was also SO emo for a few weeks after returning from the elopement and i think it’s from the pure bliss and happiness of the trip just decompressing in your brain lol

Aw congrats to both of you!!!! Honestly the Orlando court house and city hall were some of the most stunning buildings we had ever seen inside/out! Xo Yea I'm slowly coming down from the high and now excited to plan our honeymoon and just enjoy life (even though it doesn't feel very different to be married haha)

No! Or at least mine weren't- I can't speak for anyone else's parents of course! We needed witnesses regardless and we had already booked the trip with them. It's pretty common in the eloping world to have friends go as your witnesses if your parents don't!
