This is looking good boys, this E36 is going to look great again! I also have a sedan from '98, it's a 318i Edition with lots of options like climate control, cruise control, park distance control. Lovely car, exept the head gasket... that sadly blew out a few days ago. It's leaking coolant at the exhaust side of the engine. So we have some work to do. :) Good luck on your E36 project guys!

I've started working on my project beetle, parked it about 10 years ago, paint looks a bit rough in spots even though it has never seen a day's rain. Suspect the old guy that did most of the bodywork didn't clean spots well enough before painting. Hardest part is finding all the bots and bobs that I still need to put back, luckily it is only a few interior items, and windows that needs to go in. We even redid the cylinder heads, then I drove it about 200m home and parked it. Going to sell it,m but already have all the parts, so moight as well complete the work and get as much as I can for the car. Luckily done in a 1pack paint so pretty easy to paint again, Its like 30 GBP for 5 liters. At least for our MOT, you just take a place in the que, no appointments.

Some years ago now, my ex used to have a white E36 318is manual sedan. It was a really cool car to drive. I must admit while my E90 323i (sadly auto) is perfectly nice, I am really coming to appreciate how both the E36 and E46 series BMWs look so good and in many ways havn’t dated.

You guys need to take the Key West 106 and get it fully detailed! Take out the shite stains in the seats, freshen up the plastics and fill cut and buff, would look so smart when done, make 200-300 quid easily

"Fixing" the ABS-light, then putting the drive-shaft with ABS-impulsring in :D

The vehicle is a non ABS car, however, as explained, the cluster was swapped with the engine, resulting in an abs light. The rear drive shaft for the upgraded rear axle also came from a car with ABS, however the vehicle itself still has no abs and needs no abs warning light.
