I’m in the same situation right now with the juc ring. I bought the size 57, went down to 56 but still too loose now I’m thinking I’m a size 55. I’m nervous going back. You said you had called customer service in the store or online to tell them the situation?

I felt the same way. I was nervous to call customer service considering I already went back to the store maybe 2 days prior. I contacted customer service, and then they called the store/SA that assisted me. He then text me, and mailed me a return label since I didn’t live near by to mail it back. I didn’t want to be a bother, but ultimately we paid a lot of money for it, and it definitely should fit. Don’t want to risk it falling off.

@@taylerfoe most definitely. I exchanged it a couple times and was told it was the last time lol. So I ended up going to another boutique no questions ask and I exchanged it for a size 54 which is PERFECT! I’m so happy now and satisfied. Yay 😃

@@muffyscoops sorry! Definitely should have included that. My JUC bracelet is a size 18. I sized 1 size up from my love
