Cartier Santos Fathers Day Present

I was very surprised to see that my wife saw what I was looking at for the last several months, and went out and bought this watch for me. I have been wanting a Cartier Santos for a long time, and never thought I would really get one. My wife, the awesome Girlfriend she is pulled the trigger and gave me a great gift. I am the luckiest man in the world to have someone like this in my life. My son, thank you as well. What a great family I have.
Just when I thought I could not be more surprised, she does it again, and again. How can I return the favor? Suggestions welcome.
