Full disclosure it is smaller than what it looks like online. That said. I love my bracelet. I’m an extremely casual person so this adds some chic to my casual. Plus I wear to work easily. Being able to change cord is an extra as well. Hope this was helpful

It's pretty thick I don't know the measurement. It's so thick it doesn't feel like silk. Very durable. So sorry I can't give you an exact measurement.
