Great comparison hun!! It's a shame Bvlgari is abit strict on exchanging the cord. I feel the discolouration and fraying is normal as wear and tear and as a luxury brand, they should do exchanges. TFS hun!

Great video Lesley! Have both of them.trinity bracelet is still fine jewerly, that is why we can see the difference even in the after sale service. Of course due to the fact that Bvlgari is luxury brand, even such a simple cord bracelet is still looking very luxurious, despite it is just cord and simple metal.

I bought the serpenti forever bracelet yesterday in Paris and the seller told me that I could come to the boutique whenever to change the cord if I wanted to so maybe they have different procedures based on the location of the store or something...

@@LesleyAdina unfortunately the cord that loosen up seems to be a common occurence with this creation…I bought it regardless because It’s a really beautiful bracelet… Don’t hesitate to ask them again about the cord change policy and see how it goes :) Cheers
