I think Cart Narcs is having a positive effect on me. I was at a CVS drive-thru and a Price Chopper cart rolled from all the way across the parking lot and partially blocked the drive-thru. When I left the drive-thru, I reached out my car window and dragged the cart to an attendant that was about 150' away. He was grateful that he didn't have to walk all that way to retrieve it.
