Here in Europe, most supermarkets with parking facilities have the carts chained together. If you want to use one, you have to insert a 1 euro coin, which will detach that cart from the others. To get your coin back, you return the cart to its place, connect the chain of the cart preceding it, and the euro will pop out back to you. It is also a good way to prevent theft and misuse of the carts.

A friend of mine recommended this video to me, and I was _not_ disappointed. The Cart Narc _simply_ called the guy out for his lack of customer etiquette. In a way, I feel for the guy who didn't put his cart back. He just wanted to get back home from his midnight shift. He probably figured that leaving a car there was no big deal. However, his way of thinking knocks him down a few points. He basically said, "Let the dogs get it since they're getting fed to do it." So, he's okay with making someone else's job harder? That's like saying, "I'll spill this coffee on the floor, since the janitor gets paid to clean it up." Bologna! Using the justification that someone gets paid to clean _his_ messes demonstrates that he only cares for himself! Some people may think of this as petty. I, for one, tried putting myself in that mindset to give both sides a fair chance. However, considering how adverse this man's reaction was toward the Cart Narc, that just goes to show us how _crazy_ he's willing to get over such a trivial thing. He made a mistake, and he got called out for it. Therefore, he should look at the situation with an open mind, realize he was wrong, and put the cart back. With all the energy he used to confront the Cart Narc, that man could've used _much_ less to be a decent and courteous person.

I have been trying to educate people for years that the striped lines around handicapped parking are not there for the convenience of lazy boned people who can't walk the extra 50' to put up their cart. This "It's my world, y'all just live in it!" mentality has got to stop.

THIS... is what we're missing.. what we NEED more of in society. Accountability. Responsibility. No more excuses for laziness and bad behaviour. Kudos!

He needs to get a little golf cart(or even better, a go-kart) and put orange lights and pull up to offenders and use it to block them in ...... Yes I realize that would probably take it too far, and create a "nuisance" that gets him kicked out and possibly fined..... but it would be fucking hilarious.

@@nignamedmutt7270 He used to take the cart that the lazy bone left and would put it behind their vehicle to block them into their spot but I think he was told that it was a legal issue to do that so he stopped doing it. He also got rid of all of his earlier videos where he did it. It was pretty humorous though, they'd get mad about a car magnet and then end up backing into the shopping cart.

Ironic how he expects social decency when he himself doesn’t practice it
