Cartoon Cat is a canonically cosmic entity that follows Rubberhose cartoon logic from the 1900's, which was said by Trevor Henderson (the creator of CC) himself. Cartoons at that time, consisted of characters that survive usually lethal situations, like setting of 100 explosives, which will kill a human, only will leave a cartoon character's skin covered in ash. And, if a character does receive damage or "dies", it'll respawn in the next episode. So this applies to Cartoon Cat. Cartoon can can probably also regenerate, extend, and multiply body parts, because some cartoons consisted of characters having more than 2 arms whilst doing many things very quickly for a sort of comedic effect, or _smear frames._ And in an episode of _Tom & Jerry,_ if I recall, Tom had his head crushed by a bowling ball, and he was easily able to pull his head back from his neck. Cartoon Cat can alter his body in very strange ways, sometimes looking completely different than he did at one point. He also seems to be aware of his powers and uses them to play with and strike fear into his victims before (most likely) killing them.
