His father is the late civil rights activist, Black Panther member and founder of the New Panther Vanguard Movement, Shareef Abdullah. Growing up in Compton, he also was affiliated with Santana Blocc Compton Crip.

So we all in living room and they know where I'm from but seem like they wanted me to confirm. So when asked, Bop was like "i knew i know you from somewhere, you and your brother with the jheri curls on Rose St yadda yadda". Had that not happened I'm sure I probably wouldn't be here typing this out.
