I lived on Robin St. from '88-'91. It was bad but there were certain areas we would just not go. Nickersons? Fuck that. I went once with a friend to buy something and we got ripped off. Also the Darby Dixon area (Bottoms) of Inglewood back then was suicide mission as well as certain parts of Hoover street. I try to tell my kids about it but I don't think they can comprehend.
