A good review of a killer amp. I scored my Carvin Belair in a trade for a cheap acoustic i had that i wasn't playing. It had a loose wire in the reverb tank and that was the only reason the guy i got it from got rid of it. It Slays !!!

Great video ... I've got the Nomad and it gets loud. Also plug it into a 15 external speaker to accentuate the bass response. Going to check out your music Wolf, nice playing.

I bought a Vintage 16 combo and I am now a fan boy. I kicked my Mesa to the curb after I got my Carvin. Biggest bang for the buck tube amps. To get this same tone quality you would have to spends thousands.

@50kvsstudiosessions I always put the chord behind my back and use a clip to attach it to the back of my shirt. keeps the chord back out of my way.

Great amp and worth 3X the money if only for the clean channel! Ignore the dirt channel. If you do insist on using it - turn the gain and volume way up and plug in a guitar that is equipped with a treble bleed capacitor and turn down the guitar volume knob way down - that will get rid of all the mud on that channel. Problem is - a treble bleed is horrid on the clean channel! Better to have a push/pull pot installed on your guitar to engage treble bleed circuit on guitar. You will still need to master manipulating your guitar volume and tone pots between channels. For you players that play with pots on 10 all the time - this amp will be annoying. Better to just set up clean channel along with dirt pedals
