I think Fred is a real darling, and I had so much fun watching you have fun carving him. In the early 1960's, when we got into junior high and were too old to trick or treat for candy, we got special decorated cans and we went from house to house trick or treating for UNICEF (the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund). I felt like that gave a special shine to the holiday to know we were doing some small part to help other children in other places.

Watching much much later but I love Fred ❤️. Good job! I only trick or treated one year of my youth. My family didn’t believe in celebrating Halloween. My favorite Halloween candy is Reese cups or pumpkins, though they don’t taste like they did in my youth. HATE candy corn!!! Bye Rosa and Fred

Of course I had to watch this video again tonight. Love the long wavy hair and bangs!! I agree, pumpkin does smell great!! I think you should revisit the pumpkin pie thing. It's all about finding the right recipe or bakery. Pumpkin pie is my favorite pie if it is done properly. Unless the crust is fantastic, I have to confess that I am frequently guilty of scooping out the pie and leaving the crust behind.

Halloween 2023 is just around the corner. The fields outside of town are full of pumpkins - they're adorable. My favourite costume was when i was in Grade 4 or 5. I had an old man mask and i strapped a pillow to my belly with a belt, underneath an old shirt and pants from my dad. I wore a hardhat. NO ONE knew who i was! It was the best! Thank-you for bringing back this fun memory and making me smile with your happy pumpkin face carving (good job!) 💕

I work at a seasonal pumpkin farm job for about 8 weeks in the fall. It's here in California. It's a fun place to work!!! They make their own hard cider in 4 different flavors.
