Carving A Wooden Flower With A Dremel 3000

I have always carved with knifes and chisels but I recently picked up a Dremel 3000. This mahogany and maple flower is my first project completed using power carving. It will eventually be the base for a carved American Goldfinch.

Thanks. The type of flower I modeled it after has leaves further down the stem. The final piece had a goldfinch perched on it.

Timothy Litostansky thank you! I really appreciate the feedback. I have the flexshaft but I find the speed less consistent and not much easier to maneuver. I am looking into a micro motor for more detailed work.
